Bacon Hill Homeowners' Association is a planned community on the southeast  end of Skaneateles lake that has been in existence since 1980.  Our community is governed by a set of by-laws and covenants contained in the Offering Plan available by clicking on the .pdf link on this page.  All property owners are subject to the terms of the by-laws and covenants.
